For the purpose of changing the zoning for the property known as 1818 East Pratt Street (Block 1745, Lot 026), as outlined in red on the accompanying plat, from the R-8 Zoning District to the C-1 Zoning District. (First District)

7. CITY COUNCIL BILL #19-0327/ ZONING – CONDITIONAL USE CONVERSION OF A SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING UNIT TO 2 DWELLING UNITS IN THE R-8 ZONING DISTRICT – VARIANCES – 2323 NORTH CALVERT STREET (Councilmember Stokes)  For the purpose of permitting, subject to certain conditions, the conversion of a single-family dwelling unit to 2 dwelling units in the R-8 Zoning District on the property known as 2323 North Calvert Street (Block 3822, Lot 012), as outlined in red on the accompanying plat; and granting variances from certain bulk regulations (lot area) and certain off-street parking regulations. CITY COUNCIL BILL #19-0333/ REZONING – 801-803 NORTH CHESTER STREET (Councilmembers Sneed, Stokes, President Young)   For the purpose of changing the zoning for the properties known as 801-803 North Chester Street (Block 1605, Lots 001 and 002), as outlined in red on the accompanying plat, from the R-8 Zoning District to the C-1 Zoning District. (Thirteenth District)

9. CITY COUNCIL BILL #19-0335/ ZONING – USE REGULATIONS – BANQUET HALLS (Councilmember Henry)
For the purpose of providing that, in an I-MU Zoning District (or, as it may be renamed, an “IMU-1” Zoning District), banquet halls are allowed as a conditional use requiring approval by Ordinance of the Mayor and City Council. (Citywide)

12.  CITY COUNCIL BILL #19-0345/ REZONING 1401 WOODALL STREET AND 1446 STEVENSON STREET (Councilmember Costello) **   For the purpose of changing the zoning for the property known as 1401 Woodall Street (Block 2016, Lot 074), as outlined in red on the accompanying plat, from the C-2 Zoning District to the TOD-3 Zoning District, and for the property known as 1446 Stevenson Street (Block 2016, Lots 032 and 033), as outlined in red on the accompanying plat, from the I-1 Zoning District to the TOD-3 Zoning District.

**Note: Council Bill #19-0345 is scheduled for introduction in the City Council at their meeting of February 25th at 5:00 pm, and is included in this agenda as it is related to CCB #17-0149, which was previously scheduled.
