For the purpose of permitting, subject to certain conditions, the establishment, maintenance, and operation of a second-hand store on the property known as 2007-2009 West Pratt Street, as outlined in red on the accompanying plat. (Ninth District)

For the purpose of changing the zoning for certain properties in the New East Baltimore Community: as outlined in green on the accompanying plat, from the B-3-2 Zoning District to the B-2-3 Zoning District; as outlined in red on the accompanying plat, from the R-8 Zoning District to the B-2-3 Zoning District; as outlined in purple on the accompanying plat, from the R-7 Zoning District to the R-8 Zoning District; and as outlined in blue on the accompanying plat, from the R-8 Zoning District to the R-10 Zoning District. CITY COUNCIL BILL #13-0271/ PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT - AMENDMENT 2 – NEW EAST BALTIMORE COMMUNITY (Councilmembers - Warren Branch , Carl Stokes)
