8. CITY COUNCIL BILL #14-0333/ SALE OF PROPERTY - FORMER BED OF A PORTION OF 62ND STREET (City Council President - Administration )
For the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in a certain parcel of land known as the former bed of a portion of 62nd Street, extending from the eastern boundary line of Baltimore City Westerly 364 feet, more or less, and Southwesterly 470 feet, more or less, and no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date.
