For the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in certain property known as Descriptive Lot, Block 6840, Lot 001 and no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date. (First District)

7. CITY COUNCIL BILL #14-0336/ ZONING – CONVERSION OF 1- OR 2-FAMILY DWELLINGS (Council President Young and Councilmembers - Mary Pat Clarke, William H. Cole, IV, Bill Henry, Sharon Green Middleton, James B. Kraft, Edward L. Reisinger, Robert W. Curran, Helen L. Holton, Carl Stokes, Nick Mosby, Brandon M. Scott, Warren Branch)
For the purpose of specifying that the conversion of 1- or 2-family dwellings for use by additional families must conform with the applicable principal-permitted-use bulk regulations for the district in which the building is located; clarifying that this conversion authority does not apply to districts in which only single-family dwellings are allowed; and generally relating to the conversion of buildings for use by additional families. 8. CITY COUNCIL BILL #14-0318/ REZONING – 101 NORTH WARWICK AVENUE(Councilmember Welch) 
For the purpose of changing the zoning for the property known as 101 North Warwick Avenue, as outlined in red on the accompanying plat, from the M-1-2 Zoning District to the B-2 Zoning District. (Ninth District)

9. CITY COUNCIL BILL #14-0319/ FRANCHISE – BALTIMORE RED LINE (City Council President - Administration)
For the purpose of granting franchise rights to the Mass Transit Administration of the Department of Transportation of the State of Maryland for the location, construction, operation, and maintenance in good condition of a Red Line Light Rail System within the boundaries of the City of Baltimore; setting the terms, conditions, and requirements of the Mayor and City Council pertaining to the location, construction, operation, and maintenance in good condition; authorizing the Mass Transit Administration to make use of streets and other public areas within the City of Baltimore for these purposes, in accordance with the attached plat dated, as prepared by the Mass Transit Administration of the Department of Transportation of the State of Maryland and filed with the Department of Transportation of the City of Baltimore on January 13, 2014; and providing for a special effective date. 10. CITY COUNCIL BILL #14-0320/ ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY – BALTIMORE RED LINE TRANSIT PROJECT (City Council President - Administration)
For the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to acquire, by purchase or condemnation, the fee simple or other interests in certain property or portions of property, together with all right, title, interest, and estate that the owner or owners of the property have in all streets, alleys, ways, or lanes, public or private, contained within or abutting the whole area described or contained within the perimeter of the area, being situated in Baltimore City, and needed for the Baltimore Red Line Transit Project; and providing for a special effective date.
