For the purpose of providing a Citywide property tax credit for certain newly constructed or converted high-performance market-rate rental housing projects; imposing certain limitations, conditions, and qualifications; providing for the administration of the credit; defining certain terms; setting a date for termination of the program; and generally relating to property tax credits. 7. CITY COUNCIL BILL #14-0360/ZONING – CONDITIONAL USE BANQUET HALL AND DANCE HALL –720 MAPLETON (Councilmember – Brandon M. Scott)
For the purpose of permitting, subject to certain conditions, the establishment, maintenance, and operation of a banquet hall and dance hall on the property known as 720 Mapleton Avenue, as outlined in red on the accompanying plat. (Second District)

8. CITY COUNCIL BILL #14-0362/ URBAN RENEWAL – JONESTOWN – AMENDMENT(Councilmember - Carl Stokes)
For the purpose of amending the Urban Renewal Plan for Jonestown to modify the regulations, controls, and design restrictions for certain disposition lots, to amend Exhibits 1 and 4 to reflect the change in zoning, by separate ordinance, for certain properties in the Renewal Area, to amend Exhibit 2 to reflect the removal of certain properties as acquisition lots, and to amend Exhibit 3 to reflect a change in 
the disposition lots; waiving certain content and procedural requirements; making the provisions of this Ordinance severable; providing for the application of this Ordinance in conjunction with certain other ordinances; and providing for a special

CITY COUNCIL BILL #14-0363/REZONING – 1100 EAST BALTIMORE STREET, 1101-1105 EAST FAYETTE STREET, 1107 – 1133 EAST FAYETTE STREET, AND A PORTION OF EAST FAIRMOUNT AVENUE (Councilmember - Carl Stokes)
