5. CITY COUNCIL BILL #14-0440/ZONING – CONDITIONAL USE CONVERSION OF A 1-FAMILY DWELLING UNIT TO A 2-FAMILY DWELLING UNIT IN THE R-8 ZONING DISTRICT – VARIANCE – 1314 WEST LOMBARD STREET (Councilmember - William "Pete" Welch)
For the purpose of permitting, subject to certain conditions, the conversion of a 1-family dwelling unit to a 2-family dwelling unit in the R-8 Zoning District on the property known as 1314 West Lombard Street, as outlined in red on the accompanying plat; and granting a variance from an off-street parking requirement. 6. CITY COUNCIL BILL #14-0435/ ZONING – CONDITIONAL USE CONVERSION OF A 1-FAMILY DWELLING UNIT TO A 3-FAMILY DWELLING UNIT IN THE R-8 ZONING DISTRICT – 2437 MADISON AVENUE (Councilmember - Nick Mosby)
For the purpose of permitting, subject to certain conditions, the conversion of a 1-family dwelling unit to a 3-family dwelling unit in the R-8 Zoning District on the property known as 2437 Madison Avenue, as outlined in red on the accompanying plat. (Seventh District)

7. CITY COUNCIL BILL #14-0427/ FRANCHISE – PRIVATE PEDESTRIAN BRIDGEWAY ABOVE AND ACROSS AND SUPPORTING STRUCTURES IN AND BELOW THE 4100 BLOCK OF HILLEN ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY (City Council President - Administration)
For the purpose of granting a franchise to Morgan State University to construct, use, and maintain (1) a private pedestrian bridgeway above and across the 4100 block of Hillen Road right-of-way and (2) the bridgeway foundation and supporting columns in and below the Hillen Road right-of-way, subject to certain terms, conditions, and reservations; and providing for a special effective date. For the purpose of condemning and closing a portion of Old Hawkins Point Road between Pennington Avenue and the waters of Curtis Creek, as shown on Plat 204-A-28A in the Office of the Department of General Services; and providing for a special effective date. (Tenth District)

11. CITY COUNCIL BILL #14-0438/SALE OF PROPERTY – FORMER BED OF A PORTION OF OLD HAWKINS POINT ROAD BETWEEN CURTIS CREEK AND PENNINGTON AVENUE (City Council President – Administration)
For the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in a certain parcel of land known as the former bed of a portion of Old Hawkins Point Road, extending from Pennington Avenue to the waters of Curtis Creek and no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date. (Tenth District)
