CITY COUNCIL BILL #15-0544/ SALE OF PROPERTY - 3306 NORTH HILTON STREET, UNIT 203 (Council President - Administration) For the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in certain property known as 3306 North Hilton Street, Unit 203 (Block 2913, Lot 028) and no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date. CITY COUNCIL BILL #15-0545/ ZONING - CONDITIONAL USE CONVERSION OF A SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING UNIT TO 3-FAMILY DWELLING UNITS IN THE R-8 ZONING DISTRICT - VARIANCES - 704 NORTH GILMOR STREET (Councilmember – William Pete” Welch) For the purpose of permitting, subject to certain conditions, the conversion of a single-family dwelling unit to 3-family dwelling units in the R-8 Zoning District on the property known as 704 North Gilmor Street, as outlined in red on the accompanying plat; and granting variances from certain lot area size, off-street parking, and floor area ratio requirements.
