For the purpose of changing the zoning for the properties known as 4526, 4600, 4618, 4620, 4622, and 4624 O'Donnell Street, as outlined in red on the accompanying plat, from the M-3 Zoning District to the B-3-1 Zoning District.

17. COMPREHENSIVE MASTER PLAN/ PARKS MASTER PLAN COMPONENT - REPEAL AND REPLACE
For the purpose of repealing and replacing the Parks Master Plan component of Live Earn Play Learn with a new digital Parks Master Plan that authorizes the maintenance and periodic updating of the parks master plan in a digital format that can include a geographic database and mapping. (Citywide)

18. PARKS MASTER PLAN- AMENDMENT 1
For the purpose of amending the parks master plan to:

  • Add a portion of BGE property at 2107 W Coldspring Lane for expansion of Cold Spring Park and delist a small portion of the southeast corner of 4915 Greenspring Avenue (Camp Small). (Sixth District)

  • Delist a portion of McKim Park at 1200 E Baltimore and add 1251 E Fayette Street for the expansion of McKim Park. (12th District)

  • Add of a portion of the Pimlico Safety Academy grounds at 3500 W Northern Parkway. (Fifth District)
